With over 20 years of experience in nail and beauty care, Serena is a dedicated professional known for her expertise, hard work, and friendly approach. In 2016, she was honored with the award for “Best Nail Salon in Norwich.” Previously, she owned and operated a successful salon under the name Dynasty, which she later sold to her sister in 2022. After three years, the opportunity arose for Serena to reclaim the business, leading to the rebranding of Pink Nails and Spa.
